Boris Flew From: Drenkov To: Sofia in March/2006 in Economy Class
For a national flagcarrier, the service offered is an absolute disaster. The aircraft was an antique, probably from the late 30s, in a horrible condition. It was quite obviously leased from Lufthansa, as the tail still carried Lufthansa-painjob. The plane took off with 3 hours delay!!! with no visible reason and with only a formal,hurriedly uttered excuse from the purser. The meal was of a low quality. But the most unpleasant thing about this airline seems to be the cabin stuff- I have never seen so arrogant women and I felt as if I was stealing something from them. They do not look at u, they never smile and do not stop talking to each other about some personal issues. I do not think that this is what one expects from a journey which cost aroun 300 Euro. I would gladly take Czech airlines for 100 Euro less. |
