susan bryan Flew From: manchester To: cork in September/2006 in Economy Class flight cancelled by Pilot due to fog, left stranded 32hours 25mins in Cork. NO help from customer services/no bmi staff at cork. Our rebooked scheduled flight was also delayed making a total delay of 36 hours. A voucher for 5 Euros was issued 1 hour before the plane finally landed. No apology, BMi accepting no responsiblility even though every other airline landed and took off, although sightly delayed.
