Whereas other people in our party travelling first class were taken to your Maple Leaf Lounge.
As we were celebrating our combined ruby Wedding Anniversary, my 65th Birthday and Retirement I was bitterly disappointed not to be able to give my wife the pleasure of a little bit of luxury.
