We booked in June of 2005 for April 2006 flights. We were recently notified that our flights were cancelled and to reschedule we have to pay 500.00 in addition to what we already paid last June. I will escalate this issue but so far everyone has been uncoroporative and even hung up on me.

A Baratto Flew From: Los Angeles To: La Paz in February/2006 in Economy Class
This Airline does not know what customer service is. We arrived at the airport 59 minutes before flight time to check in and were bumped because we were not there 60 minutes before flight time. Obviously the flight had been overbooked, and we paid and extra 100.00 each to take the next connecting flight as we had business to complete in La Paz, and could not wait until the next day. (Which I believe would have cost us extra anyway). Rather than making sure the next flight to leave checked in and got to the plane, we were held in line until all other flights were checked in , thereby leaving us to miss ours.
